4 large potatoes
3 T butter
4 eggs
1/4 tsp thyme
1 cup chopped onion
12 sliced ham
2 3/4 cup mushroom soup (plus milk)
1 tsp salt
Swiss cheese
Boil potaotes until partially cooked. Saute onions in butter, pour over sliced potatoes. Place layer of ham. Mix soup, eggs and seasoning bowl. Pour over top of ham. Put slices of cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
(Can be made and refrigerated the night before.)
