2002 Cowley Cookbook
3-4 cups uncooked macaroni
2 quarts tomatoes
1 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
Cook macaroni. Drain. Add tomatoes. In the meantime, fry bacon until fairly crisp. Add bacon and grease to the macaroni and tomatoes. Let simmer, just to get all the bacon flavor.
