"She calls it '4-layer dessert.' I call it by a more appropriate name: 'Chocolate Lust'."
Layer One:
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup pecans
Mix and pat in 9x13" pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool.
Layer Two:
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
Mix and spread on first layer.
Layer Three:
2 packages chocolate instant pudding (small packages)
3 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
Mix until thick. Spread over second layer. Chill.
Layer Four:
Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Chill.
