Taco Dip

1 can refried beans, spicy variety
1/2 package taco seasoning mix
1 sliced avocado
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 small carton sour cream
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb grated Monterey Jack cheese
taco sauce
1 small can chopped jalapeno peppers
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
sliced black olives

Spread each ingredient on round serving tray in order listed, layer on layer.  Serve with tortilla chips.
