2002 Cowley Cookbook
2 1/2 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
5 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tsp pepper
2 1/2 tsp onion salt
Mix all together well. Put thin sliced meet in and soak 24 hours. Drain well and dehydrate meat.
