Mexican Casserole

1 chopped onion
2 lbs fried hamburger
2 cans drained chili beans
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 1/2 bottles taco sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
4 cups cheese
1 pkg tortilla chips, crushed

Mix this all together.  You can bake in a large cake pan or casserole dish.  I prefer to heat in the microwave only the amount my family will eat, or heat individual portions as they arrive home from work, school and ball practices.

Serve on a bed of lettuce, topped with cheese, taco sauce and sour cream if desired.
