Orange Jello Salad

Boil 1 cup water and 3/4 cup water.  Add 1 large package orange jello and dissolve.  Add 2 cups water and let partially set.  Add:

1 cup grated mild cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup whipped cream
