Parmesan Oatmeal Chicken

1 cut-up fryer
1 cup oat flour*
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated fine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
milk
1/3 cup melted margarine
1/3 cup parmesan cheese

*To make oat flour, blend 1 heaping cup dry oatmeal in blender or food processor.  Add cheese and seasonings and blend together.  Wash chicken (I prefer to skin mind) and dip in oat mixture, then quickly in milk.  Dip chicken again in oat flour and place in 9x13" pan.  Dribble melted margarine over chicken.  Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
