Sweet & Sour Meatlof

"Serve with baked potatoes, green beans, red jello, tossed salad and hot buttered rolls for a colorful and delicious meal."

15 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix together tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard.  Mix together remaining ingredients and one cup of sauce mix.  Pack into loaf pan.  Pour 1/4 cup sauce over top.  Remaining sauce may be heated and used when serving cooked meatloaf.  Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
