Pumpkin Bread

2002 Cowley Cookbook

1/3 cup shortening
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1/4 tsp cloves
3/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup warm water
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 2/3 cup flour

Mix well, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
